Santa's Helpers

Here are a couple paintings that I have been working on. I plan to get them on ebay soon. I am having fun working with texture lately. I love how primitive the "Santa's Helpers" turned out. I want to try and do another one like that. I think the "Snow Girl" turned out very sweet and almost Victorian. I thought I was going to do some fall ones, but instead I just jumped right into winter. Hope you all are having a great week.

i see you are having fun with texture! I LOVE textured work and yours is no exception. I love being able to feel a piece. I know I know the oil will damage it, but I can't help myself.

Hope you had a wonderful HALLLOWEEEN

Cute paintings Jennifer!

Fall will be over soon anyway, why not do christmas!! :) heehee

Halloween was not as fun since I had a headache, but I was a trooper and still gave the kiddies their candy.

DO you got pics to share of your kids?

Have a good one~

Jenny, I don't have a very good pic of them. When we returned to Cris's house after trick or treating they both stripped off their costumes so fast and that was it. :( Anthony was Batman and Rose was a Fairy. Cris's girls might have a better picture.

Hey Cris, tell Laura to send me that one of Nino and the pumpkin.

Jenny, I did ask my other sister about her headaches and she said nothing really worked. She did get on a low hormone pill called Yas. That may have helped a little she said.

So so cute, Jennifer! I love the texture. I hope I feel better tomorrow so I can create on my day off, (we are off for election day, since our schools are polling places).
