Well, I was inspired by many of you to do a couple fall/Halloween paintings.

The first one is called "Devil and Do" and the second one is called "Apple, Pumpkin, Pumpkin Pie!". On ebay now.

I have a couple other ideas not related to season, but I doubt I will get to paint them until next week. I will also try to update my Etsy shop Sunday with new prints.
Here is another cute picture of my Fosty Boy. YES, he is a big one. As you can see, if I put a table cloth on a table he thinks it turns into a bed. Naughty. I need to take a pic of Tamale. I have not shown her on here in awhile.

If anyone was wondering where I have been this past week and why I have nothing new up.

I was at VADOR CAMP.

It was fencing with a big splash of Star Wars.

This is Anthony saluting before he begins.

Anthony lunging to win.

Proud Anthony after his win.

Back home.

I can't wait to get back to painting again. Hope to have something up soon.

This is my latest painting. I know it looks scary at first glance, but he is a very nice bear. " Giant Bear" on Etsy.

This is the story of Rosapple, a cute little girl who stayed out after dark playing near the wood line. Her mother always warned her of bears, but Rosapple wouldn't listen. One night while playing after dark a bear befriends Rosapple and decides to take her home to meet his family. They play and have all sorts of fun and the story ends very sweetly with the bear tucking her into bed.

That mom worried for no reason, right?

I have not been blogging much this week because the weather has been sooo pretty. We went to many parks in hopes that the kids would sleep earlier and get back on track. That never works! I think the excitement of having fun just keeps them up later. I should just try to give them a really boring day, that's right I could bore them to sleep. We did hit another sculpture park because we have one so close to home with really neat trails. This park does not have cute white rabbits though. Check out the video below.

I hope to get around to everyone's blog soon. Hope all is well!

Doesn't my little girl look so 60's here?? She actually looks just like my grandma Noni in the 60's. I won't tell her that though. She would not like to hear that.

These are some pics from the St. Louis "City Garden". Such a fun place to go. It is a sculpture park right in the middle of downtown. I can't wait to go back at night. I hear it is beautiful all lit up. My dad took my mom, I and the kids down to see it on opening day. My dad is very hip to the art scene in St. Louis. If I ever want to know what is up I ask him.

Also, here is my little "Super Girl" up on ebay.

Hope you all are having a great weekend. Now I am off to go make that sweet potato recipe from Silke's blog.

This is "Sinking Song". The words written around her say, 'sweet sweet siren song sinking me to sleep'. She was originally topless, but Rose does NOT like that, so I had to make a little top out of sea shells for her. She is up on ebay now.

Hope you had a wonderful 4th of July !Jennifer

Oh, Cris! I too saw fairies in my yard hiding behind these, but when I came back with my camera they were gone.

One even had a long sewing needle in her hand calling out "Mouldy!"
