I will never forget the first time I explained to the kids how the moon works and how everyone on Earth shares the same moon. All the way home that night they watched the big full moon out the car window. When we reached home they both agreed it was the same moon that was at their cousin's house.

This is my third witch portrait, "Witch Portrait No. 3" . It is painted on a heavy 8X10 scalloped wood plaque.
Here you can see it cropped in an oval. I think it will make a very cute print.
"Following Me"is up on ebay now.
"Witch Portrait No. 3" will be up tonight.

i heart this post and sweet painting!!! i get the questions "how come we can see the sun and the moon at the same time or why do we have knees on our legs and elbows on our arms?!?!?"

Your new paintings are so cute. Remember when Anthony went in the back yard to see if he could see the back side of the moon?

Such a sweet painting!! Very very cute!! I have two little boys and some of the questions I get from them have me stumped heheheh but it's so exciting everytime you introduce them to something for the very first time. It reminds me not to take even the littliest things for granted.

Hi Lady,
long time no talk I haven't been around for awhile and for a very good cause that I will be announcing shortly. I just want to say I just simply LOVE the way your art has evolved over time and I really think you have found your niche!

Keep it up :)
