The weekends go so fast. I am still adjusting to the kids being gone during the day at school. Rose cried again this morning. It just tears my heart out. I am hoping she will be better tomorrow.
I would love to be able to enjoy the quiet house while they are gone, but I spend the whole time thinking about them. Ugh!
I still have these two to keep me company.
When I am not worrying about Rose and Nino, I am trying to find an easy way to make these necklaces. I have been wearing them all summer and have given some away. Rose loves them too. They are great for young girls and adults. I hope to find a fast way to make them so I can price them super low.
Hope all is well in your world.
Jennifer

Looks like you are going to be busy making those bracelets. Have fun doing so. I love that house and I'm sure everything will be okay after things settle down. Have a great week.
Oh I can't believe that little stinker cried again today. I think Tara cried every morning for about two weeks, but apparently she was fine at school. She will settle in eventually. I want one of your necklaces when you get them done!
i'm sorry for your sweet Rose's tears...tell her to hang in there...it will get better!!! i adore the necklaces you have been making- they are so cute! enjoy your moments of quiet....aren't they far and few inbetween?!?! i know for me they sure are!! happy week!
Ohhh...I'm sorry. I'm sure it will end soon although I remember (even just a year ago) how much that rips your heart out! The good news is we're still cool enough to kiss and love on in public! Your jewelry looks beautiful! Sell, Sell...I will buy! xxx
Takes time to get used it all...Once you get in a rhythm it will all seem easier and easier..Love the necklaces...
xoxo
You wanna hear something funny. Your house is my dream house. I want the same style with the porch and the dormers on top. So cute. Like a cottage. So no more home schooling? That has to be tough. Poor Rose. I still think home schooling is better. The kids turn out so much more mature and smarter. Most of the ones I met that were home schooled where finishing high school a year early.
Looks like the cats are the sort of company you need...quiet :)
Good luck with your jewels. I too, am making smaller things to be inexpensive. BUT! I can't stop fidgeting for hours...*sigh*
Oh, Jen, it will get easier. Remember when Christopher went to kindergarten? I was completely non-functional. You will start to enjoy your quiet time. Natalie loves your necklace - wearing it all the time. I am waiting to chose one for me!!
well, i for one congratulate you on the empty peaceful house just perfect for painting (and obviously, cat naps!) I love all your halloween creations....TOO cute!
Hope your little girl gets more used to school though...and Im sure she will. its a hard adjustment, I still remember those feelings! Especially when you've had such a fun summer~
Hi, I'm chilean, I' don't speak english, but your imagenes is very beatiful, and your house, and your cat and family. Have a gret week paty
Jennifer it does get better. My daughter would cry and not want to get out of the car when I took her to school - I remember crying myself on my way home. Well, she's in the 9th grade now and couldn't wait to get the school year started.
