Sorry, I did not get these up on ebay last night like I said I would. I am sure it does not matter a whole lot to anyone.

It turned into a late night at my parents ending with watching a Star Wars movie on the big TV. Nino is always up for that.

The rain did turn into snow and I did have to pick my babes up early. Funny to hear the chatter of excitement in the school when I arrived. I can still remember that feeling.

It was a beautiful snow too. Light like powder sugar, turning my dead perennial garden into a display of confections.

I have a couple more animal girls finished that I will be putting on ebay tonight. They are quite fun to do and for the first time Rose has really liked my paintings. It is always such a bonus when I show her something and her little face lights up.

Well, I better go get something done. I am wasting my day looking out the window worried that this rain will turn to snow and school will close early.

Believe it or not, every pom pom made it home on Rose's shirt!! Now we will just have to see how many make it through the wash.

This is my "Nature Girls" painting. I plan to put it on ebay tonight. Rose was able to guess what they all were and she is my biggest critic, so I am hoping you will all be able to.

I have a few more like this started, but I have not been able to finish them because my head is in a complete fog. The fog is very thick with pixie dust . I am trying to plan a Disney trip. Ugh! So much to think about!

I know that Anthony and Rose are of the age and I hear that it is an experience they will remember forever, but I must admit my memories of Disney are quite faded. I did go when I was about 6 ish and I do have SOME memories so I think that must be pretty good considering my age then and now. :) Jennifer

Today is Rose's 100th day of school! It is a big celebration in her kindergarten class and a good reason for everyone to count to 100. ;)

Everyone was suppose to bring in 100 things or wear 100 things. We thought it would be much more fun to wear 100. Rose picked Pom Pom balls. I was wishing I could have found 100 little roses, but that turned out to expensive so we went with the Pom Poms. Nino, my 7 year old designed the kitty face on the front. Quite cute. Now, lets just see how many Pom Poms actually make it back home with her. Jennifer

This has been one of those very dreary weekends. We didn't go anywhere. The kids started with new colds. I spent the morning printing out some of our family pictures. My goal is to keep albums like the old days so my kids can actually see themselves grow whenever they want. That was sad too. These tiny little chubby faces are starting to thin out into big kids. Where does the time go? Rose and I rediscovered our Tegan and Sara cds that my niece Natalie gave us. It was kind of perfect music for the weekend. I added one to my player for Monday. I thought it fitting.

I guess you all new this was coming. I can't help but make more of these lovely ladies. It feels like I am playing with paper dolls. This one says...she loves fresh avocado.
